Where we are
Our Hull based libraries are located at Queens Gardens, Park Street, and the KC Stadium (Learning Zone).
We also have sites at Harrogate and Goole Colleges.

Joining, borrowing, renewals & reservations
New students will normally be able to join the library wthin 24 hours of enrolment completion. No applications are necessary, but one form of identication displaying both name and address is required (College correspondence, Driving License, Utility bill, etc). Joining only takes a few minutes, after which you will be able to borrow straight away.
Students are normally allowed to borrow seven books at a time for a period of two weeks at a time, and may renew these loans up to three times as permitted (Higher Education students are allowed ten).
In the event that you cannot get hold of a book, you can make reservations. To do this, contact the library, or use the reservation facility on our online catalogue. Pklease note also that where multiple copies are stocked, there is usually a reference copy held in the library.

What we stock: Books, magazines, DVDs, etc
As well as a formidable book stock (In excess of 70,000 at Queens Gardens alone), our sites stock a range of magazines, journals, daily newspapers, DVDs, videos, CDs (music and sound effects) and music scores. As well as the physical stock we host a range of electronic resources and ebooks. You can find most of the above on the library catalogue. Also see the latest items added to stock
PC Access
All library sites have access to PCs with internet access. Although every effort is made to make these available, demand is very high at times and it is advisable to book in advance.
Study Space
All libraries have areas for study. Our Queens Gardens site has separate areas for quiet, silent and group work. More...
